OCEAN VISTAS “TOPS OFF” THE DEVELOPMENT
WITH COMPLETION OF THE ROOF
Celebration hosted for the installation of highest structural element

Daytona Beach Shores, Fla. (April 12, 2006) – Some might just call it a roof-top celebration, others will start calling it home.  Either way, the completion of Ocean Vistas’ final and highest structural element, the roof, marks a milestone in the construction progress.  WG Yates and Sons Construction, the general contractor of the oceanfront condominium community in Daytona Beach Shores, celebrated by hosting a “top off” party to thank all of the key project participants.

Approximately 200 architects, civil engineers, landscape architects and additional trade consultants came together to toast to the completion of the exterior structure.  Guests enjoyed a catered, barbeque luncheon, and many raffle prizes including an array of tools, Lowe’s and Home Depot gift certificates and even safety kits.  “The team has done an incredible job throughout the construction advancement of Ocean Vistas,” said Elizabeth Horner, vice president of Ambling Land & Resort, developer of Ocean Vistas.  “The progress is visible and along with many homebuyers, we’re excited to move forward with completion slated for fourth quarter of 2006.” With the final addition of the roof, next steps will include adding the exterior façade.  In addition, construction will move inside to begin work on the individual residences. “Anticipation is running high,” said Gay Landreth, owner and broker of La Florida, the broker of record for Ocean Vistas.  “Homeowners have

expressed their excitement with the construction advancements as they’re looking forward to receiving the keys to their new home.  In addition, more and more interested people call and visit the sales center as construction continues.”
