Ambling is extremely proud of the master plan for the property’s unique public space amenities, designed by Niles Bolton Associates of Atlanta, Davila pointed out.
“In following the developer’s goals, the public spaces at Ocean Vistas are very much in accord with the distinctive presence established by the building’s exterior,” related Bettie Carey Bragg, principal of the interior design studio at Niles Bolton Associates. Adaptation of art deco design is followed throughout the lavish interior starting in the lobby with architectural millwork of two-toned hardwoods to the sculptured ceilings punctuated with custom chandeliers above a stairway with detailed and elegant deco styled railings. The grand staircase connects the two levels of the public amenity spaces and welcomes residents in style as they enter the magnificent lobby.
Ambling’s philosophy is also carried into the stunning clubroom, a true multi-purpose room with billiards, card tables, prep kitchen, bar space, fire side seating, flat panel television, library area with writing table and seating which offers glorious vistas of the Atlantic Ocean. Ocean Vistas’ community also features a beachfront health and fitness center, and a manicured meditation garden for relaxation. In addition, each resident will have assigned garage parking, additional storage space and controlled access into the building’s entrances.
“There is a generosity of space throughout and within Ocean Vistas, including the luxury homes,” Bragg said, “Ambling always sets out to create a distinctive, benchmark property that sets the standard.” Even the residential corridors on each floor are oversized with recessed entries and millwork. Retired business entrepreneur Harris Hardin of Hawkinsville, Ga. who has developed over 20 senior care communities throughout Georgia, purchased two homes at Ocean Vistas – a two-bedroom condo on the second floor and three-bedroom unit on the third floor. “If you see the Ocean Vistas brochure, it tells it all. Depending on the floor plan, from the balconies of your new home you can see the Intracoastal Waterway and/or the Atlantic Ocean,” Hardin reported.
The luxury suites feature large glass railed balconies with built-in electric summer kitchens featuring tile backsplashes.
